Following this line, Duoflex has developed the exclusive SPRING pillows, with the patented system SpringCase, the most modern and efficient system of independent springs in the world. At the same time, became the first Brazilian company, in a partnership with the Swiss Actigard, to develop pillows with ANTIMITE foam. After 4 years of research and hard work, Duoflex developed technology to produce the worldwide coveted LATEX pillows, becoming the only producer in Latin America.

Consolidated all over the Brazilian territory, Duoflex invested and became the only company in Brazil to produce the original NASA pillows, with special high density / high viscosity viscoelastic molded foam, which overtook in quality, comfort and competitiveness the “similar” ones in the market.

Quality of sleep has direct effect on quality of life and, to sleep well, a good pillow is fundamental. Duoflex utilizes, with exclusiveness in Brazil , the special technology of water based gluing, guarantyzing perfect products, totally odorless and healthy. Duoflex was the first company in Brazil to completely eliminate the CFC (gas that destroys the planet ozone layer) in the foam production, and utilizes only mineral and vegetable elements in the production, dismissing any raw material from animal origin. Being one of the first enterprises to join the successfully program Children's Friend Company, Duoflex was rewarded in its first year by contributing in equality with General Motors, one of the biggest companies in Brazil .
The company is one of the main sponsors of SOS Hope and Life - Prevention and Human Recovery, whic helps in the recovering of pharmacodependents. For years, Duoflex maintains the Internal Program of Improvement, sponsoring especialization courses, college and graduate school for the employees. And, to contribute and motivate social inclusion projects, Duoflex introduced a job program for physical and mental deficiency bearers, enabling their integration into the labor market.
